Shippings & Returns

1. Orders are released for dispatch only upon receipt of cleared payment in full. Payment can be made by Credit Cards, Debit cards, or PayPal. Our Secure Gateway accepts most major Credit Cards.

2. All prices include GST.

3. National Shipping: Our products are shipped using the Australian Postal Service. Our Vitilox® products are distributed from our dispatch center located in Cambridge, Tasmania,  Australia. National shipping in Australia is by Normal Post, or Express Post. The shipping option can be chosen when checking out. Tracking numbers are updated on our system and emailed out as soon as the stock is dispatched.

4. International Shipping: We make use of Australian Air and Express post for all International orders. You do have the option of adding the tracking option to the order. We do advise you take this option as we cannot be held responsible for custom or postage delays outside Australia borders. Note that your country of delivery is automatically updated to reflect the shipping costs on checkout. If you would like to use a different shipper, please email us with your preferred courier, and we shall be happy to obtain quotes for you.

5. We aim to dispatch purchases of stock products within two working days of receipt of payment in full.

6. Please insure that when placing your order you do insert the correct delivery address. Returned parcels due to the incorrect information supplied may occur further costs for reshipping and handling.

Returns:

1. No claim of discrepancy of order or pricing will be recognised after 7 days of receipt of goods. All returns must be confirmed by phone or email.

2. Returns are at the purchaser’s expense, in new or salable condition with the packaging and seals intact.

3. A restocking fee of 10% will be charged for any incorrectly ordered goods.

4. If an order is found to be incorrect as a direct result of error on the part of VitiligoTreatment, the goods will be resupplied and any extra freight costs shall be covered by us.
